I am not an expert in water. What training is offered?
Each Authorized Dealer carries the right and obligation to have a fully trained AquathinK Center Manager. This training is given at Aquathin University.
Aquathin has been operating the Aquathin University since 1982. For many of the thousands of people graduated to date, the only previous experience with water was consuming it.
The Aquathin University operates in our Pompano Beach, Florida, USA headquarters. The entire course lasts 3 days and they are offered every other month. During this time with us, you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know to operate the AquathinK Center... and more. And we sincerely hope you will have some fun while you enjoy your stay with us in Florida.

All you may ever need. Through its 27-year history, Aquathin has now reached close to 700 dealers around the world. Our success is based on the premise of unsurpassed service. The SweetStar Satellite Control Panel sounds very sophisticated. What happens if it breaks down?
The system is so simple and robust that a failure is extremely unlikely. In the event of malfunction, the AquathinK can continue to operate normally until a replacement SweetStar can be shipped via courier in 24 hours.

Is the SweetStar Satellite Control Panel dependent on local communication infrastructure?
Absolutely not, all it requires is electricity.

Is equipment maintenance complicated?
Not at all and it basically boils down to changing filters when SweetStar says so. And it is foolproof as the SweetStar system monitors the equipment on a daily basis to alert the operator when maintenance is required. This assures the purest quality of water being poured at all times.
